Actor Andy Dick arrested for felony sexual battery

Comedian Andy Dick was arrested Wednesday at a campground in Orange County, California, on suspicion of sexual battery, authorities said.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department responded to O’Neill Regional Park around 9 a.m. after the adult male victim called authorities about a possible sexual assault, said Sgt. Scott Steinle, a sheriff’s spokesman.

Dick, 56, was arrested on suspicion of felony sexual battery, Steinle said.

The sheriff’s department would not provide more details about the nature of the allegations.

The Orange County District Attorney’s Office had not received the case Wednesday and has not made a charging decision, spokeswoman Kimberly Edds said.

Doctor’s conclusions following the Tory Lanez incident are revealed in new information from Megan Thee Stallion’s medical report.

In recently released documents, the LAPD revealed that Megan allegedly stepped on glass at the scene, resulting in a laceration to her left foot. Dr. Loffredo, who treated Thee Stallion, confirmed that the laceration was sustained due to her stepping on glass. In the report, officers state they canvassed the scene after responding to calls of shots being fired, recovering four bullet casings, jewelry, and an acrylic nail.

Young Thug, Gunna arrested on racketeering charges

ATLANTA - 

Atlanta rapper Young Thug co-founded a violent street gang that committed multiple murders, shootings and carjackings over roughly a decade and promoted its activities in songs and on social media, prosecutors allege in a sprawling indictment that charges him, rapper Gunna and 26 others with racketeering.

The 88-page indictment filed Monday in Georgia's Fulton County quotes multiple music videos as evidence and accuses alleged gang members of targeting other high-profile rap artists.

“It does not matter what your notoriety is, what your fame is, if you come to Fulton County, Georgia, and you commit crimes, ... you are going to become a target and a focus of this district attorney's office, and we are going to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law,” Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said Tuesday at a news conference announcing the charges.

Vivica A. Fox reacted to news of Kevin Samuels' sudden death, reflecting on his controversial comments and how "karma" may have played a role.

"This man was a hypocrite, in my honest opinion," she said of the famed YouTube star and image consultant on a recent episode of Cocktails With Queens.

Fox shared her piece while discussing actor Marlon Wayans' social media post defending Samuels for speaking his "truth" to callers on his show.

"I didn't find anything about him to be healing. He insulted African-American women on a consistent basis," the Set It Off actress continued.

She went on to discuss one of his last viral videos, in which Samuels described unmarried women over 35 as "leftovers."

"I hope this is teaching folks a lesson about the karma that you put out, the negativity that you put out in the world," Fox noted. "That when karma comes knocking at your door, she might not be so kind. So, the fact that he keeled over real quick and was supposedly with a woman that we don't yet know the nationality … rest in peace."
